I'm 78 and still in decent health but it is time to sell the lakester and a lot of items with it to someone who will either continue the project or hopefully use some of it in a different Bonneville project. For a complete build history of the car and lots of information about it click ( HERE ).
I want to sell the car and all the associated parts and safety equipment as a bundle with or without all the sheets of aluminum I have. I am not interested in parting it out so please don't ask about buying individual items separately (thanks).
I'm sure if someone is interested they could buy the whole bundle and part it out themselves for quite a bit more than I'm asking and end up with the car for free and/or keeping what they wanted. For instance a new G Force 101 transmission alone seems to be going for $4000. Add that to the price of a SFI-20 firesuit and you are about at the asking price for all the car stuff.

NOTE: The car originally was being setup to run with a motorcycle engine. The rearend I was going to use for that is still in the car. I removed the Suzuki engine and was preparing to cut the car right behind the cage area and extend the car 3 feet and change to a car engine. At this point the car would be fairly easy to run with either power plant depending on your goals.

This sale period will go to May 31, 2022. If during that period a person agrees to purchase the car and associated parts and also the sheets of aluminum for the sum of $7500.00 and puts down an initial deposit of $1000.00 the whole lot is theirs and the sale is ended if they pay the balance before May 31, 2022.
If during the period up to May 31, 2022 a person agrees to buying either the car and associated parts for $6000.00 or the sheets of aluminum for $2500.00 they will be the buyer of either if no other person agrees to buy both for $7500.00 by May 31, 2022.

G Force 101 Transmission ….. ..
These sell for about $4000 alone. Also included is the V-Gate Shifter and Bellhousing along with a number of drive gear sets and 1-3 gear sets (see below). Transmission handles over 1000 HP. The V-Gate shifter can be remotely operated with just a back/forward moment (no H pattern).

...--- Option to buy only the Sheets of Aluminum for $2500.00 ---
I have a large quantity of aluminum that was purchased for the body, tanks, and other items. I would like to sell this with the car and all the other items listed above this section for a total price of $7500.00. If no one buys the lot by April 30, 2022 and you commit to buying the lot of Aluminum for $2500.00 the aluminum will be yours if you are the first person to commit to buying it.
I've priced the aluminum on a couple different sites (see below and before Covid increases). The total for all of it came in over $5000.00 on both sites and even more on other sites I checked. $2500.00 for all of it is a deal. If you are building a Streamliner or Lakester and need to fabricate the body and tanks for water and fuel this is a real deal.
NOTE: It is hard for me to get the following size and count totally accurate due to how the aluminum is stored at the moment. There could possibly be a sheet more or less in the count. I feel confident that it is close so the price will be for whatever actually ends up being there unless I'm further off, then I would proportionately adjust the final cost at that time but it won't be higher than what is stated here.
5052 Aluminum (Great for water, fuel and other tanks):
1 piece – 5052 that is .090 and 4 ft. X 12 ft.
2 pieces – 5052 that is .090 and 4 ft. X 10 ft.
3003 Aluminum (Use for body and/or other panels):
6 pieces – 3003 that is .032 and 4 ft. X 10 ft.
9 pieces – 3003 that is .050 and 4 ft. X 10 ft.
3 pieces – 3003 that is .063 and 4 ft. X 10 ft.
