Elsewhere on the site I've documented the Wag Bag/Double Doodie head that served us well on our trips and I will continue to use it were it is legal to do so since it allows extended weeks long cruising without having to dump waste overboard or having to go to a pump-out station or having to take waste ashore like you have to with a porta-pottie.

Some places like eastern Canada and Marathon/Boot Key Harbor in the Florida Keys require a head that has a holding tank and that can be pumped out. The Thetford 260 head that you will see installed here meets those requirements. It looks like a normal porta-pottie but has a fitting on the back that allows you to connect it to a deck fitting that can pump the unit's bottom holding tank out.

So now I might have the only 26 foot boat with 2 heads that face each other. This opens up some interesting possibilities when cruising with others :-),
